Edo in Essence
At Iigura’s exclusive six-seat counter, an omakase tasting menu of appetisers, sashimi and nigiri unfolds using methods that date back to the Edo period while just 10 tables are reserved for an a la carte experience. Surrounded by shoji screens and geometric design cues, the distinctly Japanese dining space balances time-honoured tradition with a contemporary urban feel.

Lunch: 11.30am – 3pm (Last order 2pm on weekdays / 2.30pm on weekends)
