Celebrating the very best of Italian cooking. Mercato is inspired by the provenance, seasonality and freshness of an Italian market square.

Sourcing the finest ingredients, cooked from the heart and served with simplicity. Sample delicious fresh pasta and local asparagus, or Japanese beef steak and Ossobuco.

Where day turns to night, the Janu Bar explores the sensory language of the city through the art of mixology. With a menu of delicious cocktails, curated by Shuzo Nagumo, one of Japan’s leading mixologists, known for his unexpected flavour combinations and technical mastery.

Celebrating the simple pleasure of cooking with flame, Janu Grill serves up the finest local meats and seafood. A lively, laid-back setting with a spectacular show kitchen and bar.



Enjoy the shared ritual of tea drinking, with incredible views of the Tokyo Tower. Curated by Tomoko Uchida, afternoon tea features Janu’s signature tea blend. The perfect accompaniment to light snacks, freshly baked cakes, tarts and seasonal delights served in the comfort of our lounge or on the Garden Terrace.



A contemporary interpretation of sumibiyaki, Sumi offers an intimate omakase experience, with 15 seats gathered around a live grill.

Serving the finest organic seasonal ingredients, seafood and meats cooked over charcoal––from Kurohana beef to grilled bluefin tuna. Perfectly paired with fine wines and sake, with beautiful views of the Azabudai gardens and skyline.



Led by Chef Yamaguchi, Hu Jing is a contemporary vision of Cantonese cooking. Best known for its signature roasted duck, Hu Jing also serves a variety of steamed, baked and fried dim sum, fresh seafood and a selection of wines for pairing.



Reinterpreting the centuries-old tradition of Edomae-style sushi with the freshest local ingredients. Iigura serves a seasonal shun menu of exquisite sashimi and small plates. Enjoy at your own table or omakase style, seated at the counter with chef Shinohara.
