Taruni
The Rose Cake
Our signature cake, Taruni, takes its name from the Sanskrit word for ‘rose’. Each of its hand-shaped petals is placed atop layers of delicately baked biscuit, fruit gelée, mousse and cream, creating a balanced flavour that unfolds with every bite.
Seasonal Parfait
Celebrate the flavours of seasonal fruit paired with chocolate and softly layered cream, adorned with vibrant decorations. Each parfait is an evolving expression of the season offering a sweet experience that invites curiosity and delight. Vegan options are also available.
Thoughtful Gestures
Created in collaboration with Ethical Spirits, Janu Tokyo Original Gin celebrates the refreshing aromas of fruits grown in Azubadai Hills balanced with botanicals such as green tea and Janu Tokyo original coffee beans.
Janu Tokyo’s Original Gift Selection is the perfect treat for a loved one. Contents include soft honey madeleines, financiers enriched with brown butter and almonds, accompanied by a choice of juices from Tanii Farm.
Taste the unique flavours of up to 12 exclusive chocolate varieties in a four- or 12-piece assortment box. Among the most beloved are vegan apple cinnamon, gin, rose and 70% cacao, all made with the finest ingredients.
Pastry Chef Yukie Noguchi
After culinary school Yukie Noguchi refined her craft at patisseries, café pâtisseries and luxury hotels. Working closely with producers in Japan and abroad, her creations – from the signature cake Taruni to seasonal parfaits – reflect her playful sensibility and precise technique.
