Hu Jing welcomes the Lunar New Year with a menu inspired by time-honoured Chinese culinary tradition. Highlights include the Taizhou-Style Soy Sauce Braised Fish of the Day with Handmade Nian Gao (Chinese Rice Cake), shared with loved ones as a symbol of happiness and abundance.

Margarita Fair
Código 1530

In celebration of Margarita Day, Janu Bar presents a menu of tequila creations with Código 1530. The selection includes the signature Janu Tokyo Margarita, and three new tipples: a Strawberry & Earl Grey Margarita, a delicately floral Sakura Margarita and a Smoked & Spiced Margarita.

One-Night Winemaker’s Dinner

Rombauer Vineyards
at Janu Grill

Janu Grill presents an exclusive Winemaker’s Dinner in collaboration with Rombauer Vineyards, the renowned Napa Valley winery recognised in Wine Spectator’s Top 100 Wines on five occasions. Welcoming the winery’s head winemaker, the evening offers a rare opportunity to explore the spirit and evolution of Rombauer and the Napa Valley. Enjoy a specially curated six-course menu paired with six wines.
 
Available exclusively on 6 March 2026, limited to 20 guests. Arrive from 6.30pm for 7pm dinner.

STRAWBERRY & WHITE AFTERNOON TEA

Showcasing the delicate white chocolate with sweet strawberries, this seasonal offering includes a White Strawberry Trifle and White Chocolate Mousse with Strawberry Gelée, alongside savoury bites such as Sea Bream and Scallop with Cauliflower Mousse, and a Smoked Chicken and Strawberry Snow Dome.

BAMBOO AFTERNOON DELIGHTS

Delight in a beautifully curated set of 15 savoury and sweet bites, elegantly presented in fine bamboo steamers. The selection comprises signature dishes, such as Peking Duck Rillettes, alongside delicately steamed dim sum and seven exquisite sweets.
 
Available year-round from 1.30 pm on weekdays and from 2pm on weekends, limited to 10 sets per day.

SUMI

Tiger Pufferfish Rice

Reflecting Sumi’s modern take on charcoal-grilled cuisine, seasonal Tiger Pufferfish Rice joins the Omakase Tomoshibi multi-course menu. Cooked in a clay pot and topped with lightly deep-fried tiger pufferfish, the rice is finished with garland chrysanthemum and yuzu, as a subtle nod to the season.

Japanese Cured Ham

Inspired by the spirit of an Italian market, our Japanese Cured Ham is slowly matured using selected Japanese pork and natural sea salt. Additive-free and sliced to order, it reveals a rich umami flavours, best served with house-made pickles and a crisp glass of wine.

Kurohana Wagyu

Raised in the rich natural environment of Kumamoto, is prized for its delicate texture and subtle sweetness. Grilled to perfection to seal in its natural umami, the dish is served with a choice of sauces such as bearnaise or smoked paprika chimichurri, offering a deeply satisfying experience.

Meaning ‘gathering’ in Japanese, the Tsudoi menu at Sumi invites loved ones to come together around the table. Served omakase style, the experience features a selection of seasonal appetisers, charcoal-grilled Japanese black beef, pot-cooked rice and a collection of decadent desserts.

Janu Tokyo Original Gin

Created in collaboration with Ethical Spirits, Janu Tokyo Original Gin celebrates the refreshing aromas of fruits grown in Azubadai Hills balanced with botanicals such as green tea and Janu Tokyo original coffee beans. Available for purchase or to order at any of the hotel’s eight restaurants and bars.
