BAMBOO AFTERNOON DELIGHTS
Delight in a beautifully curated set of 15 savoury and sweet bites, elegantly presented in fine bamboo steamers. The selection comprises signature dishes, such as Peking Duck Rillettes, alongside delicately steamed dim sum and seven exquisite sweets.
Available year-round from 1.30 pm on weekdays and from 2pm on weekends, limited to 10 sets per day.
Halloween Afternoon Tea
This autumn, enjoy a playful afternoon tea inspired by the mysterious allure of the colour black, with sweet treats including a Mont Blanc piped with rich purple sweet potato puree, an apple Monster’ Eye Mousse, and savoury bites such as a black olive arancini.

Japanese Fruit Cocktail Collection
This season, Janu Bar presents three cocktails inspired by the sweet, floral aroma of Japanese grapes.: The Shine Muscat & Wasabi Martini, Kyoho & Roasted Tea Cocktail; and Kyoho & Shiso Botanical Tonic(mocktail) are designed to refresh and uplift in the changing seasons.

Celebrate the Halloween season with Janu Tokyo’s limited-edition Halloween Cookies, a delightful gift for children and close friends or indulgent cosy tea break treat. Made with soft, melt-in-your-mouth dough and studded with roasted pumpkin seeds, each cookie is decorated with a festive Halloween message plate.

Janu Grill offers a hearty seasonal menu, including an indulgent Salmon en Croûte with Chestnut Risotto and Mushrooms, which showcases the flavours of autumn wrapped in buttery pastry. With just five portions available daily, dish is available for dinner only, and can be shared by two to three people.

Celebrate the flavours of autumn with our seasonal Mont Blanc tart, featuring purple sweet potatoes, a symbol of the season’s bounty. A crisp, golden base is filled with rich almond cream and chestnuts, then generously topped with smooth purple sweet potato cream, light Chantilly, creating layers of texture and warmth. Perfect for enjoying at home or gifting to someone special, the Mont Blanc is available for both eating in and taking away.

This autumn, enjoy a variety of dishes made with seasonal ingredients at Hu Jing. ‘Sashimi of Returned Bonito’ is marinated in a special sauce with plenty of seasonings; ‘Stir-fried Free-Range Chicken and Peeled Chestnuts in Oyster Sauce, Served on a Ceramic Plate’ combines seasonal chestnuts, chicken and mushrooms in a rich oyster sauce; ‘Autumn Salmon and Lettuce Eight-Grain Fried Rice’, which blends the umami of grilled salmon, the aromatic fragrance of grains and the crisp texture of lettuce. Evolving creatively while paying respect to tradition, these seasonal menus are available as a course or a part of the a la carte menu.

Combining delicately prepared appetisers, mains, sides, soups and desserts, lunch at Iigura is an occasion to be savoured slowly, whether celebrating a special milestone, or simply taking a break from the outside world.

Exclusively on weekends and public holidays, Janu Grill’s three-course Lunch is accompanied by free-flowing drinks. Choose an appetiser, main and dessert, accompanied by a wide selection of beverages, including champagne, wine, cocktails, mocktails and non-alcoholic drinks.

For a new way to celebrate the end of the week, modern Chinese dining HU JING presents a seven-course dinner of sharing platters. This special menu is paired with free-flowing Veuve Clicquot rosé Champagne, the distinctive blush colour of which makes it as beautiful to the eye as it tastes on the palate.
Reservations are available for parties of two or more. The free-flow service is limited to 90 minutes and tables are available for up to two hours. The latest seating time is 8pm.

Meaning ‘gathering’ in Japanese, the new Tsudoi menu at Sumi invites loved ones to come together around the table. Served omakase style, the experience features a selection of seasonal appetisers, charcoal-grilled Japanese black beef, pot-cooked rice and a collection of decadent desserts.

Our second collaboration with Ethical Spirits, the latest batch of Janu Tokyo Original Gin is a celebration of the summer citrus fruit, including the refreshing aromas of yuzu and kabosu, sweetness of orange and freshness of green tea. A limited number of 375ml bottles are available to purchase, while the gin can also be ordered at any of the hotel’s eight restaurants and bars.

A collection of Janu Tokyo’s most-loved baked goods and juices, the Original Gift Selection is the perfect treat for a loved one. Pastries include soft madeleines honey, and financiers enriched with browned butter and almonds accompanied by a choice of juices from Tanii Farm.
