‘Blossom Garden’ Evening High Tea

During the gentle hours of early evening, with Tokyo Tower rising just beyond the terrace, enjoy a high tea themed around the bountiful Blossom Garden which celebrates the freshness of the season with seven savoury bites, free-flowing Champagne and seasonal cocktails.

Spring Taruni

The gentle aroma of Sakura meets the tartness of cherry, the soft sweetness of white bean and the depth of fragrant matcha, creating a harmonious blend of Japanese and European flavours in Janu Patisserie’s springtime exclusive take on its signature ‘Taruni’ cake.

Margarita Fair Código 1530

At Janu Bar, a seasonal Margarita Fair showcases premium tequila Código 1530,. The Janu Tokyo Original Margarita, finished with a signature salt infused with botanicals from Janu Tokyo Original Gin, is joined by a Strawberry & Earl Grey Margarita, a Sakura Margarita and a Smoked & Spiced Margarita.

Hu Jing

A Taste of Spring at Hu Jing

Hu Jing presents spring’s flavours with seasonal dishes. Shanghai-style simmered bamboo shoots combine salted pork, Jinhua ham and tofu in a rich broth. Sweet and spicy Tottori shrimps, crisp spring rolls with wild vegetables, and stir-fried scallops with Sakura shrimp complete this vibrant celebration of the season.

Spring Dinner Course

Celebrating the arrival of spring, Janu Grill is showcasing the fresh flavours of the season. Bonito, scallops, watercress, grilled fish, yuzu, onions and asparagus highlight a menu that brings out the natural sweetness and vibrant character of each ingredient.

Aya Sushi Lunch Course

Seasonal appetisers and a selection of small dishes are followed by twelve pieces of nigiri presented one by one across the counter by the chef. Iigura’s sushi, served in a panoramic counter setting, reflects the balance of tradition and contemporary expression.

Spring Omakase ‘Tomoshibi’

Traditional charcoal grilling is reimagined through a contemporary lens. The omakase counter course Tomoshibi now features pot-cooked rice with fragrant Sakura Shrimp, Spanish mackerel and fresh peas, bringing a gentle taste of spring to the table.
