Edo in Essence
At Iigura’s exclusive six-seat counter, an omakase tasting menu of seasonal small plates and nigiri unfolds using methods that date back to the Edo period while just 10 tables are reserved for an a la carte experience. Surrounded by shoji screens and geometric design cues, the distinctly Japanese dining space balances time-honoured tradition with a contemporary urban feel.

Experience the rich harmony of sushi and kappo cuisine in the elegant surrounds of Iigura. From delicately prepared seasonal small plates and sashimi to tempura and pot-cooked rice, each dish reflects the character of the season and the craftsmanship of the chef.
Abalone & Truffle Hand Rolled Sushi
The classic French pairing of abalone and truffle is reinterpreted through the lens of sushi as a harmonious expression of tradition and innovation. Black shari, seasoned with aged brown rice vinegar from Kagoshima, is layered with the rich umami of abalone liver, fragrant truffle and tender steamed abalone, accented with narazuke and crispy rice pearls for texture. A distinctive creation that captures the essence of Iigura.
Available as part of Omakase Enishi, Yui, or à la carte.
Set Lunch Menu
Made with the finest seasonal local ingredients, Iigura’s special daily lunch menu features delicately prepared appetisers, mains, sides, soups and desserts, designed to be slowly savoured, whether celebrating a milestone, or taking a break from the pace of the city.

Sushi Lunch Course
A full omakase experience is also available in an elegant counter setting at lunch where guests can enjoy seasonal starters and small bites before a freshly prepared selection of nigiri is served piece by piece by the chef.
