Janu Mercato’s seasonal plates showcase the richness of Italy’s culinary heritage.
A lively all-day dining emporium, Janu Mercato merges Italian culinary tradition in a vibrant, urban setting. Bathed in natural light through a glass-walled dining area, casual seating invites groups of all sizes to share freshly prepared dishes served from three open kitchens, bringing a touch of theatre. In the warmer months, dining also extends outdoors on the dog-friendly terrace.

Janu Mercato invites guests to connect between three dynamic open kitchens. Set within a sunlit dining room, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, perfect for sharing meaningful moments, while the outdoor terrace, overlooking the lush courtyard of Azabudai Hills, offers a curated selection of light bites and welcomes dogs.

Picnic on the Terrace
Janu Mercato introduces a seasonal dining experience served on the terrace overlooking the lush central plaza of Azabudai Hills. Served sharing‑style across seven courses and accompanied by free-flowing Italian beers, wines and more for a relaxed joyful moment in the open air.

Gather and Dine
Come together for a menu of delicious sharing plates spanning fresh prosciutto, house-made pickles and scallop carpaccio, followed by pasta, risotto, fish and meat dishes. Dessert and a selection of drinks follow, all served in a warm, lively setting.

Japanese Cured Ham
Inspired by the spirit of an Italian market, our Japanese Cured Ham is slowly matured using selected Japanese pork and natural sea salt. Additive-free and sliced to order, it reveals a rich umami flavours, best served with house-made pickles and a crisp glass of wine.
