Our set Summer Menu is inspired by seasonal Mediterranean barbecues. Combining skewersof Japanese beef or sustainable seafood with starters of seasonal vegetables and a vichyssoise (chilled French soup) with the aroma of seasonal peaches, the experience transports guests to the Continent from the comfort of the Janu Grill.

A reinterpretation of the Edo-mae sushi tradition, the new Kei lunch menu combines a seasonal appetiser with grilled meats and light tempura carefully crafted using authentic Japanese cooking techniques, and accompanied by Edomae sushi.

Our second collaboration with Ethical Spirits, the second batch of Janu Tokyo Original Gin is a celebration of the summer citrus fruit, including the refreshing aromas of yuzu and kabosu, sweetness of orange and freshness of green tea. A limited number of 375ml bottles are available to purchase, while the gin can also be ordered at any of the hotel’s eight restaurants and bars.
