THE CONTEMPORARY CHINESE TABLE
Under the direction of Chef Yamaguchi, Hu Jing reimagines traditional Chinese cooking with considered modernity. Gather in one of four private dining rooms or enjoy the lively atmosphere of the main dining space. With multi-course menus, over 60 à la carte dishes, and a curated selection of natural wines, Hu Jing offers a journey through Chinese gastronomy infused with Janu’s spirit.
Standout dishes include the Peking Duck, Hu Jing Style and the Japanese Black Wagyu Fillet for a perfect balance of richness and spice. Against the vibrant open kitchen, each dish presents a contemporary expression of Chinese culinary tradition.

Lunch: 11.30am – 3pm (Last order 2pm on weekdays / 2.30pm on weekends)

BAMBOO AFTERNOON DELIGHTS
Delight in a beautifully curated set of 15 savoury and sweet bites, elegantly presented in fine bamboo steamers. The selection comprises signature dishes, such as Peking Duck Rillettes, alongside delicately steamed dim sum and seven exquisite sweets.
Available year-round from 1.30 pm on weekdays and from 2pm on weekends, limited to 10 sets per day.
