Eligible Signature Suites:
- One 60-minute Customised Massage for up to two guests per stay
- One dinner for two at either Hu Jing or Janu Grill
- Janu Original Water Bottle for up to two guests per stay
- Complimentary daily breakfast for up to two guests

- A minimum 10-day advance booking is required.
- Minimum three-night consecutive stay applies.
- Free cancellation up to 10 days prior to arrival. For cancellations made within 10 days of arrival, 100% of the stay will be charged.
- Additional guest charge: JPY 25,300 per person per night, including bed and breakfast only. Should the third guest wish to enjoy the same package benefits, the following supplementary charges will apply, and the check will be settled directly at the hotel.
・Spa treatment: JPY 36,800 per person (inclusive of tax and service charge)
・Dinner experience: JPY 25,300 per person (inclusive of tax and service charge) - Spa treatments will be provided in individual treatment rooms. A couple’s treatment room can be requested for an additional JPY 12,650 per person, inclusive of tax and service charge.
- The included spa treatment cannot be exchanged for any other treatment or spa service.
- Simultaneous treatment times for both guests cannot be guaranteed and may vary according to availability.
- Please advise your preferred spa and dining reservation times, along with any dietary requirements or allergies, at the time of booking via the Special Requests section.
- Spa reservations should be made at least 10 days prior to arrival. Last-minute requests may not be accommodated. Any unused spa treatment will expire upon check-out.
- Restaurant reservations should be requested no later than the time of check-in. Availability for last-minute requests cannot be guaranteed.
- Any unused package benefits will expire upon check-out and cannot be substituted, refunded or exchanged for compensation.
